Barrel Label – This details the wine (the PN PL in this case is pinot noir Pierre Leon – very tasty!) and when it was barreled.
Gravitational Flow – grapes are sorted on the mezzanine and sent to the next level where fermentation happens
Cold Storage – Sometimes the grapes need to be harvested and they don’t have space or staff to sort and process them all in a timely fashion. They’ll store them here in cold temperatures to stop the fermenting process.
Bottling Room – Most wineries don’t have their own bottling room. There’s a truck (or trucks) that goes around and bottles – very cool!
